This three-hour tour is perfect for all ability levels, from beginner to long-time SUP (Stand-Up Paddle Board) enthusiast. After an introduction (or review) of SUP basics, you will explore the nooks and crannies of beautiful Megunticook Lake or the lovely Megunticook River.

After meeting at Maine Sport Outfitters in Rockport, we’ll shuttle as a group to the launch site, the Megunticook waterways.
