Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MSO. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: 
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time and shipment costs are as follows:

  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days - Free for orders over $200
  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days - $5.99 flat fee for orders over $100
  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days $7.99 flat fee for orders under $100

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Store Pickup Only

At this time, Maine Sport Outfitters offers Store Pickup at our Rockport location. An order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your payment is accepted. This does not guarantee your purchase. We will check our available stock and if the item is still available, a Ready to Pickup email will be sent to you. If the item is out of stock, we will cancel and/or refund your payment. Orders will be ready to pickup or refunded within 1 business day. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect. 

Orders can be picked up on the following dates and times:

Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday - Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 5pm

At this time, orders are only available for pickup at our Rockport location:

Return Policy

Customers may return unused merchandise within 60 days with the original receipt and packaging for a refund on their original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on credit card or bank statements. Last Chance discounted items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

If a product is defective in some way, we will replace it or assist in contacting the manufacturer for a repair or replacement.
