Free Standard Shipping with $200 Purchase. You can pay via Debit, Credit Card, Apple Pay and other payment methods such as pay-over-time with Shop Pay.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipment costs are as follows:

  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days* - FREE Shipping for orders over $200
  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days* - $5.99 flat fee for orders over $100
  • UPS Standard 3-5 business days* - $7.99 flat fee for orders under $100

Exception: Freight Shipping 3-5 days - $39.99 flat fee with returns subject to an additional $39.99 fee per item

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially around the holidays. 


The option to order online and pick-up in-store is also available as a convenience to our local customers; and based on product availability, orders will be available in 24 hours or less at our flagship location in Rockport.

At this time, oversized merchandise is not available to be shipped and available for store pick-up only. Shipping options for your order will be displayed at checkout and you will be notified if separate transactions are required for both pick-up and/or shipment if checkout process determines shipping ineligibility.

Customers may return unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Original receipt and packaging required. Clearance item sales are final. Please note that we only offer refunds for returns that meet the stated terms. Fill out our contact form to request a return. For in-store return questions, please call 207-236-7120. Gift cards and tickets are nonrefundable. Freight shipped items are subject to an additional $39.99 return fee per item.

We may be able to process an exchange if we have stock in an alternate color/size. Exchanges are subject to staffing availability. To request an exchange, please fill out our contact form.
