Does your website have all your products listed?

Our online inventory does not reflect the inventory of all our stores, but rather a limited selection of the top brands available at our Rockport location. See all our in-store brands here.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Store?

MSO offers free shipping in the Continental US for all online orders of $200 or more. For online orders less than $200 shipping costs apply. Find additional information on shipping & delivery here.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?

We accept payment by debit cards, all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

How secure is shopping in the Online Store? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through a secure procedure and are PCI compliant so you can rest assured payment info and business data are safe.

How long will the delivery take?

The shipping times are given during check-out. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the latest, the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive your invoice via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Do I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number via e-mail when your order is fulfilled.

Can I return items bought from the Online Store?

Absolutely. You can return items within 60 days of purchase. Find out more about returns here.

Gift cards and tickets are nonrefundable.

Can I cancel orders from the Online Store?

It is unlikely but possible we will be able to cancel an order prior to shipping. Your best chance is contacting us through our online store contact form.

Do you accept exchanges?

We may be able to run an exchange if we have an alternate color/ size of a product in stock with the same or lower pricing. Exchanges can be requested through our online store contact form. Their availability varies depending on staffing, and they are subject to an additional shipping fee.
